European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth, Marija Gabriel, visited Novi Sad, the European Capital of Culture 2022, and on that occasion, together with Prime Minister Ana Brnabić, opened the new building of the BioSense Institute. Thanks to EU co-financing in the amount of 14 million euros, new capacities and highly sophisticated equipment will enable the Institute’s scientific potential to be strengthened and transformed into a European center of excellence, capable of implementing the most advanced projects applicable at the world level.
