As every year, the conference brought together the leaders of the Government of Serbia, the Provincial Government, ambassadors, economists and leading businessmen from Serbia and the region, as well as personalities from the social and cultural world. The conference was opened by the ministers in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević and Aleksandar Vulin, director of the Office for Human and Minority Rights, Suzana Paunović, vice-president of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Vladimir Marinković, Head of the EU Delegation in Belgrade, Sam Fabrizi and the head of the office for Western Balkans of the European Investment Bank (EIB), Dubravka Negre.
