“The Future of Food”: Green Series with the BioSens Institute

The discussion on “The Future of Food” introduced the audience to cutting-edge technologies shaping the future of food production.

“The Future of Food” was an event organized by the EU Info Point Novi Sad as part of the Green Series, in collaboration with the BioSens Institute.

Researchers from the BioSens Institute at the University of Novi Sad and the University and Research Institute of Wageningen in the Netherlands shared their knowledge and experiences, addressing questions about how technology is revolutionizing food production.

The program featured Prof. Dr. Vesna Bengin, co-founder of the BioSens Institute and coordinator of the ANTARES project, and Aniš Čauan, senior researcher at Wageningen University and Research Institute. The event was moderated by Mirela Mitrić, a journalist from RTV Vojvodina.
