Everyday lives of people suffering from muscular dystrophy in Belgrade were made easier today when, as part of EU SHAI, the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Belgrade received a PWD-friendly vehicle for transporting children and adults to therapy sessions and other activities. The EU’s Programme Support for Social Housing and Inclusion (EU SHAI) aims to improve social inclusion policy implementation in Serbia and secure durable housing solutions while also implementing measures of active inclusion for the most vulnerable groups of people, with the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) as the implementing partner.
