“The BioSens Kitchen” workshop brought together more than 20 children who had the opportunity to gain new and interesting insights into alternative proteins from Dr. Ivana Gađanski and her fellow researchers specializing in biomolecular engineering and cellular agriculture.
The workshop was organized as part of the Green Series program in collaboration with the EU Info Point Novi Sad and the BioSens Institute. The attendees were children aged 6 to 11 with their guardians, giving the youngest residents of Novi Sad the chance to visit this significant scientific facility.
