How many wastewater treatment plants are needed in Serbia in order for the water in the rivers to be of good quality? How many citizens in Serbia will start recycling in 2022? How can European integration improve the quality of life in Serbia and encourage green investments? The answers to these questions are given by the exhibition “Čačak – sustainable future of the city”, which opened today at the City Beach in Čačak. On twenty panels, the exhibition tells the story of how Čačak, together with Sweden, the European Union and the Government of Serbia, invests in waste and wastewater management in order to create a sustainable future for the city.
