ERIAC is a joint initiative of the Council of Europe, the Open Society Foundation and the Alliance for a European Roma Institute, while the German government is the sponsor of the ERIAC headquarters in Berlin. The goal of ERIAC Serbia is the promotion of Roma art and culture not only in Serbia, but in the region.
