In an effort to improve environmental standards and support sustainable initiatives, the Forest Movement of Novi Sad has joined forces with local non-governmental organizations from Temerin, as well as with the Municipality of Temerin, in the project ‘Forest Calls to Action.’
The event was organized over the weekend on the Health Path on Bečejski put and represents a continuation of a multi-year project aimed at planting a forest protective belt.
The project is part of the broader Ecosystem program – support for environmental protection reforms, implemented by the Forest Movement in collaboration with Young Researchers of Serbia with financial support from Sweden. The local community has joined this initiative with the intention of actively contributing to environmental conservation and creating a more sustainable local environment.
