The new Shadow Report was presented to the public in Novi Sad at the French Institute. The report summarizes Serbia’s progress toward EU accession. This year’s title is “Years Pass, We Stand Still,” reflecting the coalition’s assessment of progress in Chapter 27: Environment and Climate Change over the past decade.
