In Čačak, the head of the EU Delegation in Serbia, Ambassador Sam Fabrizi, awarded prizes to high school students whose works were chosen as the best at the “My European Community” art competition. “This is the tenth year that the European Union has supported art competitions for high school students in southeastern and southwestern Serbia, and the best 12 are on the pages of the calendar, although we know that there were many more participants from different parts of Serbia,” said Ambassador Sam Fabrizi. With a special congratulations to Mina Lazović, a student of the Technical School from Čačak, who won the first prize, while the second and third place went to Emilija Cvetković from the Technical School “Nikola Tesla” from Surdulica and Elena Zajmović from the Nova Varoš High School, the ambassador reminded those present that art is the element that unites us all. “The story I told through my work is not only mine, but that of each of us.
