On the occasion of International Roma Day, Europe House Novi Sad organized a promotion of the poetry collection Lullaby for August by Ištvan Farkaš.
Lullaby for August is a collection of poems that reflects Farkaš’s literary and activist engagement in the field of social justice, with a particular focus on Roma issues.
Ištvan Farkaš has previously published three poetry collections: The Reckoning, From the Womb, and Evening Rosaries. He is also the author of the Serbian translation of József Fekete’s monograph Gyulafalva–Telečka from Hungarian.
